Full job description

Due to our continued growth and success we are able to offer an exciting opportunity for a full time electrician to join our team.

JN Building Services provides high quality electrical installations for a variety of customers locally. We speciliase within the commercial / industrial sector. We service clients such as Universities, colleges, schools, office buildings & leisure centres.

The day to day job role as an electrician will include the following

Attending planned and reactive maintenance on a range of sites.
Electrical installation, both for new and existing systems.
Testing and inspection.

You must meet the following requirements;

Electrical experience. Minimum 3 Years
18th Edition.
Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Must have experience of working on commercial and industrial projects.
Hold a full UK driving license
Able to work closely with our project managers and clients to help deliver projects on time and to budget.
Have good communication and organisations skills, ensuring all paperwork is kept in excellent order.

Desirable attributes

Experience of test and inspection and hold 2391 or 2395
Hold a current CSCS card.
Experience following electrical diagrams.
BMS/HVAC Industry Experience

Rates of pay dependant on experience. Immediate start available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
