Full job description

Calling all Team Leaders-we are looking for someone who is empathetic, caring and reliable with experience as a Team Leader/Senior Carer to join our friendly team, supporting up to 28 residents.

The successful candidate will be someone with a cheerful and positive attiude who is qualified or training towards level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Please note we do not offer sponsership for this role.

Your duties will include:

Helping and supporting our residents with all aspects of daily living
Hours of work: 8am- 2pm, 2pm-8pm or 8am-8pm and every other weekend
Ordering, booking in and administering medication
Creating and updating care plans and assessments.
Keeping records of residents daily care
Supervising and mentoring carers
Liasing with Healthcare Professionals

Uniforms and DBS check will be provided and there is a bonus scheme, enhanced bank holiday rate and paid training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £14.55 per hour
