Administrator Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Administrator to join the Early Years South West Stronger Practice Hub—a vital part of a national initiative funded by the Department for Education to strengthen and support the early years sector.
The Role
- Hours: 14.8 hours per week
- Contract: Fixed term until 31/3/27 (with potential for extension)
- Working pattern: Flexible, designed to fit around the needs of the hub
What You’ll Do
As a central part of our team, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly. From coordinating communications to supporting data management and supporting projects, your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes for young children across the Hub region.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in learning new systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs Including English and Maths at Grades A-C or levels 4-9.
