Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, specialising in nail services, while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and acrylics with precision and care
Provide professional beauty advice tailored to individual client needs
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously
Promote additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant certifications or qualifications recognised within the industry
Strong skills in nail artistry
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to listen attentively to clients' needs
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Organised and detail-oriented to ensure high-quality treatments are consistently delivered
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
