Job Summary

Telemarketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to work for Pearson Holland a Consultancy firm formed in 1989 providing exceptional service to small and medium sized businesses. If you’re the kind of person who strives to hit sales targets get in touch now to be part of this exciting growth period for the business

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

Calling businesses to promote the company’s products and services
Hitting achievable call targets set
Develop and maintain a database
Manage an existing client base
Build relationships with existing and new customers

If this sounds like you, you will receive up to £28,500 to £29000 salary + extra pay via a competitive commission structure + Plus on top of that an additional bonus for hitting achievable sales targets. A negotiable salary review after 6 months.

A fantastic holiday package with 28 days paid holiday and on top of that a 2 to 3 weeks paid break at Christmas separate from your annual leave as we shut down for the holidays. Making your holiday package up to 40 days off a year paid as part of your bonus.

Working towards targets & money motivated.as on top of your salary with have a bonus for hitting an achievable sales target.
Have an interest to learn a skill about HR, Employment Law and the whole Health & Safety industry
Keeping it professional and also capable of speaking to potential clients over the phone.
Able to build great relationships with Directors and business owners in order to achieve targets

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

- A track record working in a Telesales environment would be ideal but not essential

- You must be confident with an excellent phone manner

- Happy making outbound calls and keeping all calls professional
