Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to lead the company’s learning strategy, educational innovation initiatives, and academic excellence programs. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum development, instructional design, learning technologies, corporate training solutions, educational partnerships, and organizational learning initiatives. This executive leadership role will work closely with senior management to drive innovation, enhance learner outcomes, and expand the company’s education and training portfolio.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in learning and development, educational leadership, academic administration, instructional design, or corporate training management
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies, curriculum development, digital education platforms, and talent development strategies
- Proven experience leading educational programs, learning operations, and multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills
- Master's degree in Education, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, Educational Leadership, or related field required; Doctorate preferred
Pay: £115,000.00-£155,000.00 per year
