We’re looking for a Telemarketing Executive to open doors, spark conversations and create real sales opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive new business through proactive outbound telemarketing. You’ll engage prospects, build interest, and convert conversations into high-quality sales leads and appointments, playing a key role in revenue growth.

Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Salary: £30,000 plus commission (OTE 60k-70k)
Location: Bournemouth
Hours of work: Monday – Friday (37.5 hrs.)

As a Telemarketing Executive you will:

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling to prospective customers.
Research, identify and qualify prospects against target customer profiles.
Book qualified appointments and pass sales-ready leads to the sales team.
Build rapport with decision-makers and clearly communicate the value proposition.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads to maximise conversion.

Experience in a target-driven telemarketing, lead generation, sales or customer contact environment.
Strong verbal communication, listening and questioning skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and influence outcomes professionally.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups, callbacks and workload effectively.
Competent user of CRM, telephony and standard Microsoft Office applications.
