Job Introduction

Salary: £28,486.92 per annum with yearly increments based on performance plus an additional £4,613.61 London allowance per annum for London based candidates.

Contract Type: 18 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time

Location: Can be based out of London or Manchester

Type of Working Arrangement: Blended approach of home and office-working is available

Hours: 37 hours per week

The Opportunity:

British Transport Police have an opportunity for two Occupational Health Administrators to join the Wellbeing, Health and Safety team. As an Occupational Health Administrator with BTP, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of Occupational Health services, ensuring the smooth coordination of clinics, appointments and case management processes. You’ll be at the heart of a busy and essential service, helping colleagues across the organisation access the support they need to stay safe, well and operational.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating Occupational Health clinics and appointments, ensuring bookings are managed efficiently and within service level agreements.
Acting as a key point of contact for queries via phone and email, triaging requests and providing a high level of customer service.
Supporting case management processes, including arranging appointments and maintaining accurate records on OH systems.
Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, updating systems and supporting reporting and financial processes.

What you'll bring to the team:

Experience delivering excellent customer service and handling a wide range of queries professionally.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet competing deadlines.
Proven administrative experience with high attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
