Timber Window Fitter
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire (daily travel to sites across London & the South East)

Earnings & Benefits
Basic Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Performance Incentives: High-performing fitters have the opportunity to earn £65,000 – £70,000+ per annum through daily performance-based earnings.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have proven experience fitting windows and doors, or significant experience in a related construction or carpentry trade.
- Own a comprehensive set of fitting tools suitable for professional installation work.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Be physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy materials and working at height.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome installation challenges on-site.
- Hold the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Be able to travel to Bracknell each morning and work at customer sites across London and the South East.

The Sash Window Workshop is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and installers of premium timber windows and doors. Based in Bracknell, Berkshire, we manufacture and install over £10 million of bespoke timber windows and doors each year, predominantly within high-end period and heritage properties.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced and motivated Timber Window Fitters to join our highly skilled and long-established fitting team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, consistently deliver outstanding quality, and want to be part of a company recognised for excellence within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Install high-quality timber windows and doors to exacting standards.
- Work safely and efficiently in occupied homes and construction environments.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
- Carry out remedial and finishing works where required.
- Problem-solve installation challenges and identify practical solutions on-site.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in good condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
