Key Responsibilities

Accurately label, assemble, and dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Process prescriptions and maintain patient records.
Assist with stock control, including ordering, receiving deliveries, and checking expiry dates.
Prepare monitored dosage systems (dosette boxes) where required.
Serve customers at the pharmacy counter and respond to general enquiries.
Provide advice on over-the-counter medicines within company procedures and refer clinical queries to the pharmacist.
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant dispensary environment.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), health and safety regulations, and pharmacy legislation.
Support the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care.
