Your Mission:

As an Amazon Growth Lead, your primary goal is to drive incremental revenue growth and expand our brand’s presence within your territories. You will achieve this by crafting compelling, high-converting copy that maximises search visibility, creating strategic promotional campaigns, and executing new product launches creating our future bestsellers. Using data-driven insights, you will continuously optimise our performance, identify the next big opportunities, and with the support of our Amazon Manager and Head of Department elevate our brand to the next level on Amazon.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute data-backed strategies to accelerate revenue growth across Amazon marketplaces.
Amazon SEO, GEO & Content Optimisation: Write engaging, keyword-optimised product listings, leveraging GEO-informed insights, and collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching Enhanced Brand Content that improves organic search rankings, regional relevance, and conversion rates.
Product Launches: Provide initial New Product forecasts, collaborate with our Marketing team on go-to-market strategies for new product launches, executing these plans on Amazon, which includes raising initial stock orders and ensuring they gain traction and become future bestsellers.
Promotional Strategy & Execution: Strategize and implement high-impact promotions during Amazon Tier 1 events such as Prime Day and Black Friday to maximise visibility and sales.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse performance data metrics, customer behaviour, and competitor trends to identify untapped opportunities and refine strategies.
Advertising Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house Advertising Manager to maximise product visibility and campaign effectiveness.
Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and leverage insights to enhance our positioning.
Amazon Trends & Vendor Landscape Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest Amazon updates, industry trends, and vendor policies to identify opportunities and ensure the business stays at the forefront of new developments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Planning, Amazon Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure optimal inventory availability, effective promotional alignment, strategic product positioning to maximise sales and shopper engagement.
Amazon Account Health: Proactively address ad-hoc issues, manage case resolutions, and collaborate with the Amazon Manager to minimise sales disruptions and maintain a strong account standing.

Organic search visibility and rankings improve, leading to increased traffic and conversions.
Priority product launches become bestsellers within the first 12 months.
Promotional campaigns consistently deliver strong sales lifts without sacrificing profitability.
Data-driven insights lead to innovative growth strategies that outperform competitors.
Customer reviews, ratings, and engagement metrics steadily improve, strengthening brand trust and loyalty.
Sales growth outperforms the category and exceeds internal goals.
