Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable Car Valeter to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction. This included cleaning the pitch (cars on the front outside area)., maintaining all aspects of the forecourt including the cleaning of vehicles and areas around. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent work attitude. It is often undervalued how important a car valeter can be but not to Livingstone Motor Group, it is imperative the vehicles on display are always clean as this is often the first impression a customer sees. You must take pride in your work, look for how you can improve the overall presentation of the pitch.

Responsibilities

Clean and valet vehicles thoroughly, including interior and exterior
Ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standards
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used for valeting
Assist in driving and all other related tasks when needed
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during the valeting process
Manage multiple vehicles efficiently within allocated timeframes

Experience

Previous experience in janitorial services or vehicle valeting is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
A friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to drive safely and confidently, with a valid driving licence preferred
Organised with good attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Importantly a yes, can do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking part-time employment, where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Hours:

Monday - Wednesday - Friday

9am start - 3pm finish

1/2 hour lunch.

16.5 hours per week

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
