About The Role
As a Car Parts Advisor, you'll be the knowledgeable, friendly point of contact for customers
- helping them find the right parts, offering guidance and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards our business is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplying customers with the correct parts prompyly and accurately
- Handling both counter and telephone enquiries
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team
- Using electronic catalogues and invoicing systems
What we're looking for
Essential
- Strong Knowledge of vehicle components
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in automotive sales or as a motor mechanic
Desirable
- Experience with MAM Autoparts or AutoCat software is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Hours & Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Saturday rota : Till 1pm- Paid time and a half
