Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
A valid driver's licence is preferred for travel between job sites.
Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
