Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
Develop and execute business development strategies that support revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term profitability.
Partnership Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
Market Expansion:
Identify new markets, emerging trends, and commercial opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
Revenue Generation:
Lead the development of sales pipelines, negotiate commercial agreements, and secure new business opportunities.
Opportunity Assessment:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present business cases, growth strategies, and performance updates to senior leadership and key decision-makers.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful implementation and delivery of commercial initiatives.
Performance Monitoring:
Track business development activities, sales performance, and strategic project outcomes using data-driven reporting methods.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, commercial management, corporate partnerships, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership position.
Business Expertise:
Strong understanding of corporate growth strategies, contract negotiations, market development, and client relationship management.
Communication Skills:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Commercial Awareness:
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and deliver profitable business outcomes.
Leadership Ability:
Experience mentoring team members, managing projects, and influencing cross-functional teams.
Mindset:
Strategic, results-driven, and proactive, with a strong focus on achieving measurable business objectives.
Pay: £5,000.00-£6,800.00 per month
