Full job description

Parc Construction is a local construction company based in Dumfries, with a passion for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative working environment where every team member is valued.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated site Joiner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be time-served, have experience working on projects for public sector clients, including local councils and social housing providers, and is capable of working both independently and as part of a team. While possessing a CSCS card and SSSTS is advantageous, it is not essential. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of joinery tasks including but not limited to first fix and secondary fix framing, installing doors, windows, kitchens, and general site joinery works.
Read drawings and specifications.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

Time-served joiner with relevant experience in the construction industry.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
CSCS card and SSSTS (preferred but not essential).
Valid driver's license is desirable.
