Job Summary:

Al Matajir International Trading Ltd is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to support product planning, merchandising operations, and inventory coordination across our international trading business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with products, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of merchandising initiatives. What you'll do:

Coordinate merchandising activities to ensure products are available and presented effectively.
Work closely with purchasing, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to support merchandising plans.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock planning and replenishment.
Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and merchandising records.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
Analyse sales and inventory data to identify merchandising opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare merchandising reports and assist with operational planning.
Ensure merchandising activities comply with company standards and business objectives.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in merchandising, retail, inventory management, purchasing, sales support, logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience using inventory, merchandising, or business management systems is beneficial.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
