Are you an experienced childcare professional looking for flexible hours in a supportive and inspiring environment? Whether you’re returning to the world of Early Years, building your confidence, or wanting to work around other commitments then this flexible bank role at The Murrayfield Nursery could be the perfect fit.

We’re looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Bank Practitioner to join our friendly team. If you have handson experience with children or hold a relevant Early Years qualification, and are passionate about nurturing child development, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

Part of the awardwinning CC Nurseries Group, The Murrayfield Nursery is in Edinburgh. It's a spacious setting, thoughtfully designed with high quality indoor resources and a large secure outdoor space that includes a fire pit, fish pond, and outdoor classroom. Our youngest children also have a dedicated area.

As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you’ll support across all age groups from babies right up to preschool. You’ll step in where needed to assist our permanent team, helping create safe, stimulating environments, support daily routines (mealtimes, personal care etc.), foster caring relationships with children & staff, and contribute to the joy of each day.

The Murrayfield Nursery is part of CC Nurseries, providing awardwinning, quality early years care in Scotland. We serve children aged 12 weeks to five years. We are committed to designing environments that draw on local community, natural materials, promoting health & wellbeing, and delivering outstanding early childhood experiences.
