Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team at a busy independent veterinary practice in Helensburgh, Scotland. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role within our practice by providing excellent customer and veterinary services to our clients and pets whilst being an integral part of a long standing and successful team.

Role

35.5 hours per week (Includes 3 Saturdays in 8)
Fixed 4 day a week rota. Mix of Surgery and Consults.
Occasional sole charge due to holiday cover.
No out of hours.

Requirements

RCVS Registered
Will consider new graduates for the right candidate however experience would be preferred.
Excellent clinical care in both consultations and surgery.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Working collaboratively and proactively with the veterinary and practice team.
Building strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
Ability to multitask and adaptibility skills essential due to the wide range of services provided to both pets and sometimes wild animals.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Hardworking and enthusiastic.
