Legal Receptionist in Shoreham-by-Sea

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in professional services reception roles

To consistently provide clients with an excellent and professional service, via all channels of communication; phone, email and in-person
To greet every clients with a warm and friendly manner and to clearly communicate our services, processes, and procedures
To respond to telephone calls within a timely manner in line with business expectations and goals and consistently provide an excellent standard of service to all clients
To ensure the reception area, desks, waiting rooms and meeting rooms are maintained to a good standard
To action all reception admin duties to an excellent standard
To take client payments ensuring accuracy
To observe confidentiality in all matters both ensure compliance and GDPR
To receive and check documentation and ID inline with regulations
To receive and sort incoming post promptly
Previous experience in professional services reception roles preferred or customer service roles

Person Specification/Skills

Professional and friendly personality
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise and make sound decisions
Experience working with IT systems such as Excel, Outlook and experience with case management system is desired, but not essential
Professional image for customer facing role

Working Pattern:

The role is permanent and part-time, 23 hours per week.
Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday, 9am to 1pm and Wednesday 9am to 5pm.
There is no weekend working.
