Overview:

Whether you’re stripping, refitting, fault‑finding or checking systems before handover, your work is trusted because it directly affects safety, quality and the customer’s confidence when they get their car back.

The role

As a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the repair journey, ensuring vehicles are restored to a safe, fully‑functioning and high‑quality standard following accident damage.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll:

Strip, repair and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in line with manufacturer methods
Re‑assemble vehicles accurately, ready for paint and final sign‑off
Work closely with Panel, Paint and production colleagues to support repair flow
Maintain safe, tidy working practices and professional standards

This is a role for people who enjoy problem‑solving, variety and responsibility, and who take pride in first‑time‑right repairs.

Qualifications:

What matters is that you bring relevant experience in an automotive repair environment and a structured, safety‑focused approach to your work.

That experience may include:

Experience as a MET Technician, or a strong background as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic looking to move into MET
A quality‑first mindset and strong attention to detail
