Oversee mechanical, electrical, civil, and environmental engineering activities. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field engineers. Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and resources.
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, Health & Safety legislation and environmental standards. KEY DELIVERABLES Delivered pump station refurbishment projects valued up to £2m. Reduced client asset downtime through proactive maintenance programmes. Improved project profitability through effective contract management. Developed strong client relationships securing repeat business and framework agreements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Technical expertise in pump installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
- Knowledge of drainage systems and related equipment
- Work on an on-call rota covering out of hours emergencies & call-outs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in on-site environments
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members
- Proficiency in conducting health and safety checks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience working on commercial and domestic pump systems
- Relevant HVAC, mechanical, or engineering certifications are a plus

Pay: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
