Full job description

Working closely with internal departments, and external UCC Customers to plan the schedules of field-based Coffee Trainers, ensuring machine training and coffee quality processes are adhered to and meet customer specifications and expectations.

The Role:

Manage the day-to-day plan for the Training Schedule to ensure the field team are fully utilised.
Book Coffee Trainer visits based on the customer requirements.
Be a point of contact for the UK & I Coffee Trainer team
Work closely with the Sales team, Install Planners, Customer Services and Project team to ensure training is covered following new installations and rollouts
Plan and confirm visits for coffee excellence checks based on customer agreements
Navigate the Service Management System to open, allocate and close jobs
Raise invoices for any chargeable visits
Deal with ad hoc queries and requests from Customers & Trainers in the Field.
Run daily and monthly reports on Trainer activity

The Person:

Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
Comfortable with working in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
Excellent telephone manner with previous experience in scheduling or call planning
Detailed geographical knowledge of UK and Ireland
Competent user of MS Office, D365 and in-house /external computer-based systems
Hybrid working available after probation
Some knowledge of Coffee Machine Portfolio preferred but not essential
