As demand for automation continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious and commercially driven Robotics Solutions Sales Executives to join our expanding team.
The Opportunity
This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on helping businesses identify opportunities where robotics and automation can improve operational performance and deliver measurable return on investment.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting customer consultations, arranging demonstrations and managing opportunities through to successful deployment.
This role would suit candidates with experience selling commercial cleaning equipment, facilities management services, industrial equipment, technology solutions or other B2B products and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective customers across target industries.
- Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and industry events.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams.
Customer Consultation
- Conduct discovery meetings and site visits.
- Understand customer operational challenges and objectives.
- Identify opportunities where automation can improve productivity and efficiency.
- Present tailored robotic and automation solutions.
Demonstrations & Proposals
- Arrange and support product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and ROI calculations.
- Present business cases to decision makers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and leasing solutions.
Account Management
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Support customers throughout implementation.
- Identify opportunities for additional robots, software subscriptions and service agreements.
- Work closely with operations and technical support teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked in:
- Commercial Cleaning Equipment Sales
- Facilities Management Services
- Industrial Equipment Sales
- Warehouse Solutions
- Automation Solutions
- B2B Field Sales
Experience selling products such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, commercial vacuums, maintenance contracts or operational efficiency solutions would be highly advantageous.
Robotics experience is desirable but not essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with decision makers.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Comfortable travelling throughout the UK.
