Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality sector, with a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
Handle payments accurately and provide receipts, maintaining cash register operations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Assist in setting up event spaces or special occasions as required
Support baristas with food preparation or drink service during busy periods
Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable
Knowledge of food preparation and food safety procedures
Experience working in a restaurant environment or as a barista is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
Organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
