Full Time Gardener Live Out Gardener
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8-5
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

A very rare and excellent opportunity has arisen to join a beautiful 250-acre estate based in Newbury Hampshire, the estate consists of a stunning wall garden with a kitchen garden, a beautiful pond garden with a huge array of rare roses and shrubs, woodlands full of seasonal surprises and beautifully maintained lawns.
We are looking for a fit and healthy experienced gardener to join a long-standing team which consists of a Head Gardener, Assistant Gardener, and a couple part time gardeners that help throughout the year.
Experience working within a team is key, but also having initiative when needed is also very important as there is lots to do! Qualifications not necessary but any held would be a great bonus; chainsaw licence, spraying certificate or first aid.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Assisting Head Gardener with various duties
Grass cutting / Strimming / Fly mowing
Hedge cutting
Pruning of roses
General Gardening/ weeding
Seasonal pruning and cutting back
Spraying
Propagating
