Operations & Workforce Coordinator
Part-time, hours and days of work negotiable
Reports to: CEO
12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend)
£13.50-£14.40 per hour dependant on experience
Carich Care is a family-led supported living provider supporting adults with complex needs across Gloucestershire. We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused individual to join us in a newly created Operations & Workforce Coordinator role.
As our organisation continues to develop, we are investing in strengthening our operational systems, workforce support and leadership capacity to ensure we continue building a sustainable, responsive and high-quality service for both the people we support and our staff teams.
This role has been designed to strengthen our recruitment, onboarding, workforce coordination and operational systems, helping improve organisation and follow-through across the company while supporting our leadership team.
The role will primarily involve:
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing workforce compliance trackers and training records
- Supporting induction and probation systems
- Maintaining operational systems and documentation
- Communicating with applicants, staff and managers
- Supporting organisational follow-through and coordination
The role will be based within one of our supported living services and will include assisting with two-person transfers for one individual supported by the service when required.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicating with people
- IT competent and able to use digital systems
- Calm, reliable and solution-focused
- Interested in helping improve systems and organisation within a growing care provider
Experience within health and social care is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

This is a fixed-term role for 12 months initially, with the potential for extension depending on organisational needs and the success of the role.
Pay: £13.50-£14.40 per hour
