Assistant Manager Caffe Rojano

At The Ainsworth Collection, making sure our guests have the most memorable visit possible is our number one priority. Our wonderful front of house team is at the very heart of delivering this goal by helping to create special memories.

Caffe Rojano is part of The Ainsworth Collection which includes our Michelin-star restaurant Paul Ainsworth at No6, CiCi’s Bar, The Mariners Public House, Padstow Townhouse, and St Enodoc Hotel. As a member of our management team you will be joining a fun, professional and supportive hospitality family.

Our Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Restaurant Director and Operations Director and front of house team. The person we are looking for will have a hard-working attitude and will be responsible for ensuring every one of our guests has the most amazing time. Additionally, assisting with training, be a good problem solver, remain calm under pressure and assist our Restaurant Director with rotas, ordering and the general running of a busy restaurant. Above all else we are looking for a team member that wants to give our guests an incredible experience and prides themselves on passionate hospitality.

At The Ainsworth Collection we recruit people, not roles, we are looking for the right person to join our family. This is a full-time role, and we are looking for someone with experience managing a team in a hospitality setting or a more experienced front of house team member wanting to go to the next level in their career.
