We’re looking for a dynamic Retail Area Manager to lead, inspire and grow our charity retail network across Cornwall.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine commercial focus with purpose, turning retail success into lifesaving missions.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and developing multi-site retail teams across our shops
- Driving sales, income growth, and KPI performance
- Coaching and supporting our shop management team
- Ensuring high standards in customer experience and operations
- Building strong community relationships and partnerships
- Overseeing compliance, health & safety, and financial controls
- Using data and insight to improve performance and results
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in multi-site retail management
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- A passion for driving commercial results and growth
- Confidence working with budgets, KPIs, and performance data
- Ability to inspire teams and build a positive culture
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Salary: £35,000
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday with flexibility for some Saturday work if required.
Successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check.
