The Role
We are looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and service-driven Concierge to join our Front of House team for this exciting new opening. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences—acting as the go-to expert for local recommendations, reservations, and personalised service.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests

Provide expert knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and activities

Arrange bookings such as dining, transport, and excursions

Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations at every opportunity

Handle guest requests efficiently and with attention to detail

Work closely with Reception and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service
About You

Previous experience in a Concierge or guest-facing hospitality role preferred

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Strong communication and organisational skills

Friendly, approachable, and proactive

Good local knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
