Responsibilities

- Foster a supportive and motivating environment that promotes confidence and curiosity in students.
- Utilise IT tools and educational resources to enhance lesson delivery and engagement.
- Organise tutoring schedules efficiently, ensuring timely attendance and follow-up sessions.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding progress and areas for development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Maths and Physics at a recognised academic level, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple students and lesson plans effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of varying abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear instruction.
- Experience or aptitude in teaching or tutoring is highly desirable.
- Good IT skills to utilise digital resources and virtual teaching platforms as needed.

Pay: £18.33-£37.94 per hour
