Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Willis Heating Ltd – Seaford, East Sussex

Salary: from £36,850 per year (dependent on experience)

Willis Heating Ltd is a fast-growing plumbing and heating company based in Seaford, proudly becoming one of the area’s leading local specialists. As our workload continues to expand, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our close-knit team. Our area of work is generally located between eastbourne & Brighton

Our main goal is customer satisfaction, achieved through high-quality workmanship and strong teamwork. We take pride in what we do and how we do it.

The Role

You will carry out a wide range of domestic plumbing and heating works, with a main focus on bathrooms and general plumbing and heating. Ensuring every job is completed to a high standard with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Bathroom Refurbishments
Installation, servicing and maintenance of domestic plumbing and heating systems
Boiler installs (If Gas safe)
General plumbing works including pipework and heating upgrades
Diagnosing issues efficiently and clearly explaining solutions to customers
Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship, safety and cleanliness
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth job delivery
Representing Willis Heating Ltd professionally on site and with customers

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Experience in domestic plumbing and heating
Basic carpentry skills (Studwork for bathrooms)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits

Salary starting from £36,850 per year, dependent on experience
