Full job description

The Role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end digital marketing role where you will be the lead voice of our online presence. You will bridge the gap between our technical product range and our trade customers (installers, builders, and contractors).

Key Responsibilities:

Content Control: Take full ownership of the company website, ensuring all product listings, technical specifications, and promotional banners are accurate, up-to-date, and visually compelling.
SEO Optimisation: Implement on-page SEO best practices—including keyword-rich product descriptions and meta tags—to increase our visibility to local trade contractors and installers.
User Experience (UX): Regularly audit the site for mobile responsiveness and speed to ensure a seamless experience for trade customers looking for quick information on-site.
Social Media Integration: Execute targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You will create a cohesive digital journey that drives traffic from social platforms back to the website to generate high-quality trade enquiries.
Platform Maintenance: Manage the website back-end (WordPress/Shopify) to ensure themes and plugins are updated while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

What We Are Looking For

Experience / Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a similar field, OR equivalent hands-on experience managing a business social media and web presence.
Digital Savvy: A strong understanding of major social platforms, content trends, and the fundamentals of SEO.
Content Skills: Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut).
Proactive Mindset: A confident individual prepared to take initiative; you should be comfortable "getting out on the floor" to capture content while collaborating with our experienced sales team.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
