Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an exceptional Senior Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team and play a leading role in our ambitious digital transformation journey.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across our enterprise data platform, designing and delivering robust, scalable and secure data engineering solutions across both cloud and on-premise environments.
You will have:
Significant experience designing and building automated, scalable data pipelines.
Advanced Python and SQL development skills.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies, including BigQuery, Airflow/Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, Dataform and Dataplex.
Experience delivering complex technical projects in fast-paced environments.
A passion for mentoring others and developing high-performing engineering teams.
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
