CLEANING CONTRACT MANAGER - £38K - £40K PLUS BONUS

Role Purpose:
We’re seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning services across a portfolio of client sites in Manchester. You’ll lead a team of Site Managers to maintain high standards, ensure contract compliance, and build strong client relationships while meeting financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and client meetings.
Oversee budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
Drive service quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop Site Managers and cleaning teams.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies.
Prepare quotations and support new contract mobilisations.

About You:

Proven experience as a Contract or Senior Contract Manager in cleaning, FM, or similar.
Skilled in managing multi-site operations and teams.
Strong client relationship, leadership, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH, and cleaning standards.
Proficient in reporting, budgeting, and workforce systems (e.g., Timegate).
Industry qualifications (BICSc, IOSH, NEBOSH) desirable.
