Hair Stylist/Barber – Hair Replacement

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays in every 4 when a Monday off would apply
The Role
We are looking for an experienced hair stylist who is looking for a creative new direction in their career. As an Aderans Hair Replacement Stylist your role will centre around private consultations with clients who have lost their hair due to alopecia, chemotherapy, radiotherapy or through naturally thinning hair loss.
You will demonstrate your love & passion for both hair replacement & people through fitting, cutting, colouring & styling wigs and hair systems for men, women & children. Candidates must have qualifications & experience in both barbering and women’s hair styling.
Ultimately, you will uphold our world-renowned reputation in the hair loss industry by offering exceptional technical services and outstanding client care.
Our promise is that we will enable you to deliver exceptional service by offering full training in our hair loss services. You will not only receive 121 salon training, but you will also attend all Aderans training seminars delivered by our Technical Manager.

Responsibilities
· Fitting, cutting, colouring & styling of wigs, hair systems and client’s own hair on men and women
· Delivering a 5* client experience in private consultations, tailoring the approach to meet the individual needs of the client
· Promoting high quality after care products that educate your client so they can enhance the life span of their wigs & hair pieces
· Offers our stylish head wear collection as a fashionable alternative
· Competently informing clients about all in house and web-based services, products and offers
· Scheduling and confirming appointments via the salon CRM system, phone & e mail queries and salon WhatsApp, maintaining detailed and accurate client data records
· Supporting salon management with general office admin as and when required
Skills/Experience
· Hair stylist with NVQ qualifications level 2+ as a minimum or equivalent
· An experienced stylist in cutting and colouring both men’s & women’s hair is essential
· Barbering Diploma Level 2 as a minimum or equivalent
· Clear DBS Certificate essential (dated within the last 3 years) Aderans will cover the cost of the check

Our Offer
· Starting salary £25,500 per annum
· After 3 months training & successful completion of probationary period salary reduces to £24,784.50 and an uncapped commission structure of 10% on all individual sales begins (base rate applies)
· Week 1 & 3 – Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, week 2 & 4, Tuesday to Saturday
