We're growing — and we're looking for talented Nail Technicians to join us as self-employed partners.
The Opportunity
This isn't a chair rental, and it isn't traditional employment. It's a genuine partnership. We bring the salon, the marketing, and a steady stream of bookings — you bring your craft, your passion, and your own client following. Together we grow something that benefits us both. When you win, we win.
What we provide:
- Your own dedicated nail desk, lighting, and lamps
- All professional gel polishes and salon consumables
- No chair rental fees — ever
- Listing on our website, Treatwell, and other booking platforms
- Active marketing and social media promotion of your work
- Professional photos for your launch on our channels
- Salon keys and access 7 days a week (10am–7pm)
- A supportive, collaborative team of hair stylists, colourists and makeup artists
- Onboarding and booking-system training before you start
- Twice-monthly payments by bank transfer
What you bring:
- Your own e-file, brushes, files, nail art tools, and any personal mechanical tools
- Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
- Responsibility for your own tax and NI (self-employed status)
- A minimum commitment of 4 days per week to keep your dedicated desk
- A self-employed mindset — happy to promote yourself alongside our marketing and bring your own clients into the salon as part of growing the partnership
About You
- Qualified and experienced nail technician with a strong portfolio
- Skilled in gel polish, BIAB, hard gel, gel extensions, infills and nail art
- Confident with consultations and building client relationships
- High standards on hygiene, sanitation, and client care
- Reliable, professional, and a genuine team player
- Excited to grow your own clientele alongside a salon that backs you
Bonus if you have an existing local following or experience with bridal/event nails.
