The Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated barber to join our team. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience, but we are open to considering less experienced candidates who bring the right attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years barbering experience preferred (flexible for the right person)
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Passion for barbering and continuous improvement
Reliability and professionalism
What We Offer:
Competitive commission structure: 60/40 split in your favour
Earnings capped at £1000 per week (you receive £600, shop retains £400)
Once you exceed £1000, you keep 100% of everything above this amount
