Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Bike Rider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and delivering ice cream to our local spots, as well as moving , collecting, and maintinging our ice cream bikes. You enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for providing outstanding service. Be trustworthy and capable of working unsupervised, as well as know the bike routes through the city.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages, food, or other items to customers promptly and accurately within assigned routes
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and in accordance with traffic regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any queries or concerns
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bicycle, conducting regular checks and reporting any issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made, including times, locations, and any special instructions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or delivery roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS devices efficiently
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during shifts
- Physical fitness or the wish to get fitter to handle the demands of cycling over varying distances and terrains

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
