The Cawdor Tavern, a country restaurant & pub nestled in the village of Cawdor, a 25 minute drive from Inverness. Under new ownership with a development plan and investment under way.

We have a busy restaurant with an excellent reputation among locals and visitors to the area, plus a traditional pub,

Bar & Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for someone with passion for hospitality to join us at The Cawdor Tavern.

Candidates must be motivated, with experience in daily operations in the hospitality industry. An enthusiastic attitude and an eye for detail.

We expect that those applying understand the role and responsibilities of a supervisor in a bar and restaurant, however, below are some details that we expect of you, and you may expect from the role.

· Welcoming, engaging and professional customer service.

· Supervising teams during day-to-day restaurant operations.

· Leading by example on the floor, inspiring, developing and supporting an efficient team.

· Commercially minded operator who understands increased revenue opportunities.

· Back-office organisation, overseeing inventory levels, ordering and stock takes.

We offer a long-term vision with a competitive package. Starting salary from £30,000 a year - negotiable depending on experience.
