Are you caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others? We're looking for compassionate Transport Drivers and Passenger Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting adults and children to travel safely and comfortably to appointments, day centres, schools, and community activities.

Transport Driver Responsibilities
- Safely transport service users to and from their destinations.
- Provide a friendly, professional, and respectful service.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles where appropriate.
- Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness.
- Follow planned routes and schedules while adapting to changing needs.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of every passenger.
- Report any concerns or incidents in line with company procedures.
Passenger Assistant Responsibilities
- Support passengers during their journey.
- Assist with boarding, seating, and disembarking safely.
- Provide reassurance and companionship where needed.
- Promote passengers' independence while offering appropriate support.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, families, schools, and care professionals.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.

Transport Driver Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- MUST hold a valid Private Hire License or Taxi Badge
- Experience driving wheelchair accessible vehicles is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
