Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations, assessments, and examinations of patients across all age groups.
- Develop personalised treatment plans, including medication administration and follow-up care.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses with an emphasis on patient education and self-management.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for specialised care including nursing staff, physiotherapists, and social workers.
- Engage in clinical research projects aimed at improving healthcare outcomes within the community.
- Provide support for patients in home care settings, ensuring compassionate and holistic treatment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Participate in health promotion activities, vaccination programmes, and public health initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience as a General Practitioner within the NHS or equivalent healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to primary care practice.
- Experience with ICU procedures or critical care is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with medical imaging interpretation and diagnostic tools is desirable.
- Prior involvement in clinical research or public health projects demonstrates a commitment to advancing healthcare standards.

Pay: £42.30-£44.23 per hour
