As part of our continued development, we are seeking an experienced Senior Process Executive to support process optimisation initiatives, enhance operational performance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
The Role
The Senior Process Executive will play a vital role in analysing, improving, and managing business processes across multiple functions. Working closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, reduce operational risks, and enhance overall business performance.
This position is ideal for a highly analytical and proactive professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and implementing meaningful improvements that deliver measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement and Optimisation
- Review existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process enhancements that improve productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Support the implementation of best practice methodologies across the organisation
- Drive initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service improvement
Operational Performance Management
- Monitor operational performance and process effectiveness through key metrics and reporting
- Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas requiring attention
- Support departments in achieving operational objectives and performance targets
- Recommend practical solutions to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery
- Ensure processes remain scalable and aligned with business growth plans
Business Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and interpret operational and business performance data
- Produce reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and identify further opportunities
- Support strategic planning through data-driven insights
Project Support and Change Management
- Assist in the delivery of business improvement and transformation projects
- Coordinate activities across departments to support successful project implementation
- Facilitate workshops and meetings focused on process enhancement initiatives
- Support organisational change programmes and encourage adoption of new ways of working
- Track project progress and ensure key objectives are achieved
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact for process-related enquiries and initiatives
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand operational challenges and requirements
- Support training and communication activities related to process changes
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure operational processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and process records
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews
- Identify process risks and recommend mitigation measures
- Promote best practice standards and operational governance across the business
RequirementsExperience and Skills
- Proven experience in process improvement, business operations, business analysis, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of workflow optimisation and process management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience interpreting operational data and producing meaningful reports
- Strong project coordination and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Process Improvement, or a related discipline preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement qualification desirable
- Project management qualifications would be advantageous
