The Job & Ideal Candidate:

As a Tenancy Manager you will be responsible for attending to every query that emerges throughout the duration of a tenancy, including updating tenancy documentation, Landlord and tenant queries, tenancy terminations, handling deposit negotiations and dealing with rent arrears.

You will handle queries from Landlords and Tenants, ensuring that responsibility for any maintenance issues are identified correctly and then dealt with quickly and efficiently using a network of approved contractors.

You must be a positive communicator with excellent customer service delivery, have experience in administration, a strong attention to detail with the ability to take responsibility and act swiftly. An understanding of compliance/regulation will be an advantage as well as an understanding of Lettings legislation. Experience is an advantage however not required, as full training is provided.

The job will be be based from Risby, Bury St. Edmunds. Although little travel is required, a full UK driving licence is required as well occasional as use of your own vehicle (mileage will be paid at the standard HMRC rate).

The Package:

The salary is between £25,000 & £27,000, dependent on experience. Plus commission on referrals and conversion of business.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30. Saturday working is required on a rota basis (9am to 1pm), the equivalent time off in lieu would be taken in advance.
