We're looking for an experienced Warranty Executive to take ownership of an important part of our aftersales operation. This is a role for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and understands that effective warranty administration protects both our customers and our business.
This position would suit someone already working in automotive warranty administration who is looking for a stable, supportive environment where they're trusted to manage their own workload and maintain high standards.
Reporting to our Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of manufacturer warranty administration, ensuring claims are submitted accurately, promptly and in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Managing warranty submissions from initial claim through to payment
- Maintaining compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- Preparing for and supporting manufacturer warranty audits
- Liaising with technicians and service advisors to ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate
- Supporting recall and campaign administration
- Processing goodwill applications where appropriate
- Monitoring rejected claims and identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Helping maintain a high-performing warranty function that protects profitability and manufacturer compliance
We're looking for someone who already understands automotive warranty administration and can confidently manage the role with minimal supervision.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Warranty Executive or Warranty Administrator
- Experience within a franchised dealership
- A strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and compliance
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently
- Confidence communicating with technicians, service advisors and manufacturer representatives
Experience with Volkswagen Group systems would be highly advantageous, although it isn't essential for the right candidate with strong franchise warranty experience.

This is primarily an on-site position, allowing you to work closely with our aftersales team and technicians. While there may be scope for occasional flexibility in the future, we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of the dealership and contributing to the wider team.
The role is available on a permanent basis, with flexibility to appoint someone between 2 and 5 days per week, depending on the successful candidate's experience and availability.
