We manufacture, supply, and install fencing traditionally found on large country estates, private gardens, and amenity areas. As a growing company, we have an exciting opportunity for a Fencer to join our skilled fencing team.

The Role
This is a hands-on role. You'll be working in a team to deliver fencing, edging and other garden ironwork installations. Ensuring high standards of workmanship and team performance. You will:
- Install estate fencing, edging and garden ironwork
- Liaise with clients and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
- Ensure all site work is delivered to standard
Most sites are within 1.5 hours of Southampton, some overnight stays will be required. Projects are typically completed within two weeks, and approximately 60% of the work involves staying away from home during the week.
Salary is dependant on experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fence installation (minimum 2 years)
- Arc welding skils
- Happy to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Full UK driving license and reliable transport is mandatory
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
Desirable
- CSCS Card
- Experience towing a trailer
