Looking for your next challenge?

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our Warehouse administration team on a permanent contract working Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30. working in Whetstone - Leicester

You would be working closely with one of our key customers to provide high quality service in a fast paced and rewarding office environment.

Main duties and responsibilities

Order processing to daily cut off times/deadlines
Communication with warehouse and admin teams
General customer service via telephone and e-mail
Responding to customer queries and requests
Liaising with transport teams and arranging deliveries/collections
coordinate rework projects with the warehouse team

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an office environment is essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have general computer skills and be competent in using e-mail and Microsoft office software.
Enjoy moving at pace -the team works quickly and accurately
Have a can-do attitude - We work better together, going the extra mile every day for each other.
Good attention to detail, must have a good level of English both written and spoken.
Self-motivation to work hard and do everything to the best of your ability.
