About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Health & Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support our fast-paced vehicle operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our sites meet legislative, safety and compliance standards whilst helping keep our processes efficient and well-documented.
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous health and safety coordination experience gained within operational, logistics, automotive, manufacturing, fleet ot industrial environments.
What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate health & safety and compliance activities across the site.

Support risk assessments, incident reporting and corrective actions.

Help ensure the site remains compliant with legal, safety and internal standards.

Maintain accurate compliance documentation and audit records.

Work with leadership teams to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience supporting health & safety and compliance activities within an operational, warehouse, logistics, automotive or industrial environment.

Working knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk assessments, incident reporting and compliance processes.

Experience supporting audits, inspections or compliance documentation would be highly beneficial.

Highly organised and self-motivated

Confident working with multiple stakeholders

IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH qualification (or working towards) desirable, but not essential.
