Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Group Exercise Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fitness principles and be able to motivate and educate clients in various exercise techniques. This role requires a commitment to promoting health and wellness while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Required time: Evenings

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging fitness classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring inclusivity and participation.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety protocols, and the importance of physical fitness.
Monitor client progress, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary to enhance performance.
Maintain a clean and organised workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to provide clients with the best possible guidance.
Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in sports coaching or as a fitness instructor is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology to effectively educate clients on body mechanics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals or groups.
A recognised qualification in fitness instruction or related field is preferred.
A proactive attitude towards personal development and continuous learning within the fitness industry is essential.
