Job Summary

We are a London Branch of a large company who provide pest control services to commercial and residential clients. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Helpdesk Administrator to provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring a high standard of communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
Manage and update customer information accurately within our database through efficient data entry.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with customers.
Have a strong ability for emailing and maintaining records
Asssit with new client start ups and inputting of the same.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes
Varied and further administration tasks as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
This position offers an engaging work environment where your communication skills can thrive while supporting our valued clients through effective problem-solving and service excellence.

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
